Death Cab For Cutie – The Stability EP (15th birthday!)

500x500

So I was listening to this EP today and realized that I don’t give it nearly the attention it deserves. Between the sparse arrangement of “20th Century Towers,” their cover of Bjork (Fucking Bjork!!!)’s “All is Full of Love,” and the 12 minute early version of “Stability,” (which would later be re-recorded and renamed “The Stable Song,” for their album Plans in 2005) The Stability EP is definitely a gem in DCfC’s catalog.

The songs on this EP were originally bonus tracks for The Photo Album, so if you are a fan of that record, The Stability EP is a great little companion piece to it.

Well… since this EP is so short, I will also make this post short. I usually recommend three songs to listen to from an album, but this one literally only has three songs on it… so… just listen to the whole thing. You got time.

Ok bye!
